We’re looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our growing team. While we want someone who’s great with numbers and money, has a few years of experience, is an expert in accounting practices and bookkeeping, might even know how to do valuations, we also want someone who enjoys the sort of work we do.

Responsibilities:

Manage general ledger and other accounting books
Create and manage company-wide budgets
Use historical data to create forecasts
Follow up with clients regarding account receivables
Manage records for tax and audit requirements
Manage payroll to ensure timely payment of salaries

Qualifications:

University / College Graduate, CA
3-5 years experience handling accounting books, budgeting, forecasting, financial efficiencies
Overseeing external auditors for preparation of annual financial statements
Understanding of digital media business model
Strong organizational and research skills

Bonus Points:

Knows how to use Quickbooks
Experience doing valuations, especially on startups
Is the right amount of weird
Sends in a cover letter that isn't formal
