We are looking for an individual who can take the lead in our video content development process including ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production.

Experience in having worked & managed on a digital video platform will be an advantage.

What will you do?

Pre-Production:

Research and develop concepts for digital one-off videos and web series for MangoBaaz.
Ideate with Creative Director, Content Head and Executive Producer on concepts and potential content offerings for audiences and advertisers.
Scripting, Storyboarding and concept development with Executive Producer and Creative Director.
Manage logistics and preparation for shoots including cast and crew.
Budgeting and controlling the finances of the shoots.
Content acquisition from freelance video teams.

Production:

Manage in-house or external production teams to deliver the required content.

Post Production:

Supervising timelines with Video Content Creators and Video Editors to meet deadlines.
Co-ordinate with Executive Producer or Creative Director to ensure the final product is delivered to specification.
Ensure the success of the video marketing plan devised by the Creative Director and Executive Producer.

Successful Profile:

Experience and interest in creating and managing digital video content
Understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Understanding of production equipment (e.g. Sony A7S2, lighting, sounds equipment)
Strong network of video freelancers
Ability to maintain and build external relationships with partners
