The Accountant shall:

be responsible for all accounting and financial functions.
maintain an accounting system in keeping with accepted principles and standards.
maintain a data base system for all accounting functions.
maintain payroll records and process monthly disbursements .
maintain cash books, ledgers and general journals for all programs.
write cheque and maintain cheque books for all programs.
prepare monthly bank reconciliations for all programs.
maintain inventory (both RMS and FGS).
