Develop, maintain and mature sales pipeline by rigorously driving the lead cycle.
Development of new marketing collateral and sales content
Manage prospects from lead generation to demo stage of the internal sales process with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections and foster relationships
Planning and executing campaigns targeting current and potential clients
Developing a marketing strategy from concept to analysis to educate, nurture and retain customers through email, eNewsletters, etc.
Create a full-fledged marketing campaign to create awareness of the brand – (social media, blogging, guest posts, advertising, PPC, SEO, and email)
Provide competitive research and analysis support
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Research and generate lists of potential customers
Maintain organized lists of prospects, call logs, sales records, and other supporting documentation
B2B Marketing Experience in construction industry is a plus
