We are hiring Associate Trainer - Contact Center based in Lahore to join our team at Marham.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop call centers' education materials.
Conduct training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support new employees
Conduct sessions to provide soft skills training as well as system & process oriented training.
Train experienced employees on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
Observe the daily operations of call center employees and identify any areas of improvement.
Liaise with team leaders to conduct on-the-job training.
Measure the effectiveness of training sessions and prepare individual progress reports.
Ensure employees keep up their productivity and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
1 to years relevant experience
Proven experience of working in any local call center
Ability to build the training department from the scratch
Candidate should be able to manage the complete scope of the call center's training department.
