• Provide technical support for our software applications to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues reported by end-users.
• Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve their understanding of our software applications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on software features and functionality.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL/PLSQL.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in hospital technical support would be a plus.
