- Prepare monthly financial statements and there comparison with a budget.
- Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants
- Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs
- Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures to meet both current and future business models
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of organizational and contract budgets
- Review monthly accounts and preparation of monthly reports for the financial sub-committee
- Prepare and finalize the annual budget of the company
- Oversee the external Audit, review and analyze results, and recommend for approval the audited financial statements
- Prepare variance analysis report for actual results based on budgeted figures.
- Oversee the cash management function, including banking relationships.
