Sales Manager key responsibilities:

· Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales plan

· Achieving sales target, motivating subordinate teams

· Working closely at grass root level at all retail outlets

· Closely interacting with all end customers

· Strong customer relationship management

· Imparting Tyre Point core values to subordinate team and customers

· Maintaining service qualities

· Persistent working for service improvement

· Special visits to corporate clients and managing their accounts

· Devising and carrying out promotional activities at own

· Guiding company in future planning and business expansion

The ideal candidate for this position:

· MBA (Sales & Marketing) from reputable institute

· Minimum 5 years sales or marketing experience

· Must be self-driven, hard worker, and passionate to grow his value and in return his company values.

· Confident, motivated, driven and have passion in Sales/Marketing

· Have a strong commercial outlook on sales and revenue.

· Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills, along with a strong presentation and influencing skills

· Eager to accept Great challenges.
