- Control the parts/Material consumption of Home Appliances division in coordination with parts management team.
- Conduct orientation/training programs of newly hired staff in home appliances division.
- Devise strategies to achieve after-sale service targets in consultation of General Manager.
- Assist GM in forecasting spare parts, Future targets, follow up complaints with service centers to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist GM to Plan strategies, procedures, policies .
