Technical Service Engineer (Python)

Mashkraft is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the Technical Services team. As a Technical Services Engineer, you will own the design, implementation and delivery of integration solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for developing tools and dashboards to facilitate the automation of repeatable work.

Responsibilities:

● Be part of the discovery process with customers, consortium partners and data providers to understand the customer-specific requirements and propose solutions for optimal data exchange.

● Develop sample applications considering customers’ specific requirements to demonstrate how data can be exchanged between different platforms.

● Support customers and data providers during the implementation phase by providing guidance and consulting to customer technical resources to ensure successful solution delivery.

● Design, implement, validate and deploy data ingestion pipelines to enable scalable data exchange between data providers.

● Analyze the data sources and provide data analysis and insights regarding data integrity and quality to product and engineering teams for enhancements and optimizations.

● Monitor and maintain the solutions to ensure inbound data integrity and quality.

● Liaison with Mashkraft partners’ technical and business teams to ensure proper implementations of integration solutions using Mashkraft proprietary API or Web SDK solutions.

● Run periodic data audits to identify data integrity issues and facilitate coordination with data partners to resolve data issues.

Requirements:

● Have 3+ years of experience writing and deploying production code.

● Strong ability to understand and translate customer needs into a solution design and implementation.

● Experience with using REST APIs to build solutions. Good understanding of JSON.

● Proficient in Java, SQL, and Python.

● Proficient in cloud (GCP, AWS or Azure) and cloud technologies.

● Strong communication skills.
