Daily updating Record Management System (RMS) of QA and corresponding with QC accordingly
Develop, deploy and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
Developing required RMS where it newly identified
Being custodian of all relevant document control system
Executing Lean Activities i.e. 5S, Kaizen, Kanban on floor
Preparing and executing weekly QA & Lean audits
Custodian of all QA & QC Data Bank
Develop, deploy and maintain the plant's quality and continuous improvement systems.
Provide analytical support & coordinate the efforts involved in resolving quality issues in regards to product failures and/or returns.
Act as plant point of contact for supplier quality issues and corrective actions.
Lead & Champion Operational Excellence across the site; promote sharing of best practices across all sites in the business unit.
Engage the operations team in continuous improvement initiatives to identify and minimize waste while maximizing productivity.
Develop and enhance the organization's expertise in productivity improvement programs.
Ensuring all the incoming material in store of all business units where being responsible
Responsible for showroom and customer returns and executing their further necessary actions
Being part of sales team and visit dealer network to keep the liaison and making CAPA (Corrective Action & Preventive Action) Plans.
Being liaison with customer services section for daily, weekly and monthly data sharing of showroom and customer returns
To undertake any other assignment given by Immediate Supervisor.
