To assist with our expansion, we are searching for a qualified candidate for the post of Assistant Manager HR (Training & Development).

Talent gap analysis or skills gap analysis is a tool to identify current and projected training and hiring requirements within an organization. Thus, it is a process that helps in determining the gap between the present skills and competencies and the preferred skills and competencies.

This position will be responsible for a variety of Learning Analytics, HR Management, HR Consulting, Learning and Development Projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Examine and appraise the organization's training requirements.
  • Establish a link between training outcomes and employee performance.
  • Creating new training modules and putting them into action.
  •  Introduce unique and creative training methods and strategies to make trainings more interactive, practical, and relevant to company needs.
  •  To foster a learning culture, create appealing pre- and post-training launch campaigns to promote training programs and increase employee interest. 
  • Create effective training communications to keep staff informed and current.
  •  Create, monitor, and distribute an annual training calendar. 
  • Create methods for assessing the effectiveness of training programs, such as tests and assessments.
  •  Keep all training data in SAP, including training hours, training attendance, and training assessments. 
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain a record

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Talent Need Analysis/Assesment.
