We are looking HEAD BRAND MEDIA Marketing (in real estae industry)Experience: at least 10-12 years in same role 

  • Responsible for marketing communication and business development departments.  Actively managing the strategy to execution of marketing and brand campaigns, concept to execution. Directly reporting to the CEO.
  • Responsible for strategic planning in line with the Vision of the Company.
  • Responsible for bottom lines and future growth into new markets.
  • Responsible for Strategic Alliances.
  • Responsible for development of 360-degree marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for ensuring optimal budget utilization and timely execution for these campaigns.
  • Overseeing the Creative, Digital and Activation Agencies to ensure completion of day-to-day tasks for achieving marketing KPIs.
  • Overseeing pre & post campaign analysis for all marketing campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management and intensive coordination with internal teams including Sales, Customer Support, Development & Business Intelligence to ensure timely implementation of brand plans.
  • Overseeing the market trends encompassing advertising and marketing activities & conducting marketing research to ensure the right message is delivered across the target audience.
  • Responsible for formulating the Company’s PR Strategy.
  • Spokesperson for all Media related matters.
