Responsibilities:

Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels
Assist the HR leadership team in maintaining and constantly refining all elements of exceptional organizational culture.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit
Managing communication throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Manage onboarding / off-boarding of all employees.
Contribute toward designing and implementation of systems and processes related to employee evaluation and education and training of different modules.

Qualification and Requirements:

Up to 01-year experience as HR executive (Preferably in IT or software industry)
Bachelors in HRM or MBA with HR as a major subject.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective oral & written communication skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies & procedures.
Good command of MS Office.
Should be comfortable in using different Human Capital Management Systems.
