Salary Bracket: PKR 30,000 per month (with a significant increase after 6 months)


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with potential clients, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and maximize sales opportunities.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and industry events. Follow up on leads in a timely manner, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations as needed.

Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure. Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals. Close sales agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment on sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or business development roles, with a minimum of [specify years] of experience.
