Responsibilities:

 

  • Source, identify, and attract qualified IT professionals for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages for potential hires.
  • Onboard new hires and maintain positive candidate relationships.
  • Manage and update applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and job market demands in the IT sector.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the IT recruitment landscape and relevant technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for building relationships and fostering positive candidate experiences.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: PKR 30,000 to PKR 40,000 (depending on skills and experience).
  • Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM OR 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
