The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing all operational facets of our startup. This includes streamlining operational processes, ensuring project timelines are met, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing resource allocation. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, operational agility, and a passion for technology to drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
Manage the daily functions of the business
Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
Manage budget to align with goals of business
Evaluate and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs, ensuring the startup scales effectively.
Oversee project timelines and deliverables, coordinating between different teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Manage relationships with vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the seamless supply of services and materials. Optimize resource allocation across projects and teams.
Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain operational reports, analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the tech industry or a fast-growing startup environment.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to inform operations and strategy.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships both internally and externally.
