Scheduling and execution of organic content on social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & TikTok.
A focus on producing mobile-first video content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
Design and implement social media strategies to align with business goals.
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video), Editing images (images will be provided via Google Photos link)
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
Write amazing and compelling copy to assist with our presence and engagement.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Overseeing social media accounts’ design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience working within the Social Media space having worked for an established brand or within a digital agency
Hands-on experience in Content/Social Media management
A strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail
Basic level experience in Graphic Designing.
Understanding of various Digital Advertising/Marketing Platforms.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Proficiency with Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Good multitasking skills
A can-do attitude!
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
