Mclean Intelligent Wotkforce (MIW) is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern who is ready to apply knowledge of business practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
The intern will assist in writing reports, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in business administration.
This will be a 6 weeks Paid Internship
BBA/ACCA/CA students are preferred - English Communication is a must
Job timings are 06:30 pm - 03:30 am (PKT) Transportation available
The Intern will work directly with, and support, the Chief of Staff in the due diligence, analysis, research, and ongoing servicing/helping in the acquisition of portfolio companies.
- Participate in due diligence calls and meetings with company prospects.
- Prepare financial models for prospective portfolio company.
- Assist in the management of due diligence data rooms for prospective portfolio companies and ensure the collection, organization, completeness of requested information.
- Research and analyze portfolio company information, including financial statements, tax returns, collateral, agreements, contracts, legal documents and other key items .
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, and other adhoc research as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of investment due diligence reports and recommendations.
- Maintain macroeconomic knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, as well as for the Investment Analyst’s assigned area(s) or responsibilities
- Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated.
