Senior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Approving & reviewing of all types of vouchers along with reviewing of supporting evidences.

· Working on treasury management with providing innovative and efficient solutions to manage vendor payments, Loan and liability payoffs with analysis of collection forecast/accounts receivables and bank position.

· Conducting Weekly meeting with client (U.S.A) on Payables and reviewing of accounts.

· Managing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable of Client from approval to payments including negotiation plan.

· Supervising the payments throughAutomated Clearing House(ACH), wires and internal transfers in various banks of U.S.A.

· Timely running vendor, dividend, payroll and directorship payments.

· Performing major vendor’s reconciliation.

· Constant liaison with US based onshore working teams and management accountants.

· Ensure three way matching of PO Log and NetSuite books from vendor statements.

· Delegating and training subordinates on essential succession task.

Skills Required:

1. Preferable have an accounting degree or certification (ACCA/CA students)

2. 2 years on Quickbooks (reconciliation of bank accounts)

3. Have US accounting experience

4. P&L and balance sheet

5. Should be able to present financials

6. Some EST hours, not necessarily all EST hours
