Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team full-time and on-site. In this role, you will play a critical part in researching and developing innovative products, designing cost-effective equipment modifications, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve safety, reliability, and efficiency. Your expertise will support the creation of new materials and technologies, as well as the planning and design of production processes that align with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and develop new products and technologies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Design and implement cost-effective modifications to equipment aimed at enhancing safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to develop detailed project specifications.
- Develop, test, and evaluate theoretical designs to ensure they meet performance and functionality criteria.
- Engage with manufacturing teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers to address and resolve complex engineering challenges.
- Plan and design new production processes that maximize efficiency and maintain high quality standards.
- Recommend design changes based on prototype testing outcomes and performance data analysis.
- Apply research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, including mathematical modeling and computer-aided design (CAD).
- Work collaboratively with professionals both within and outside the engineering sector to meet project goals.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in mechanical engineering with a strong focus on product research and development.
- Proven ability to design and implement equipment modifications that improve safety and reliability.
- Experience in developing project specifications through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Skilled in testing and evaluating theoretical designs and prototypes.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in coordinating with manufacturing and supply chain partners.
- Competence in planning and designing efficient production processes.
- Proficiency in mathematical modeling and CAD software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate across diverse professional groups.
