Performing Real time PCR experiment, understanding the results and giving comprehensive presentation on analysis of resuts.
Trouble shooting product and application procedure in different diagnostic protocols such as Real Time PCR, ELISA, Chemistry, IHC and providing solution to customers to resolve issues and correct procedures.
Quickly responding to troubleshooting calls and aiding immediately.
Traveling to different cities to provide technical assistance to existing and new customers.
Training customers on application of our diagnostic products especially molecular pathology diagnostics including Real time PCR at customer site.
Giving Real Time PCR product demonstration to new customers using our machine & reagents to perform complete experiment (Extraction + Amplification ).
Providing product awareness to new and existing customers.
Occasional sales and promotion activity.
