Digital Marketing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert / Media Buyer to join our team. As a Senior Media Buyer you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.

Plan, set up, and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Bing and Google Ads platforms.
Conduct thorough research to identify target audiences, keywords, and demographics for effective ad targeting.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs and objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to identify new opportunities for client campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement and test advanced strategies, such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and segmentation, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Continuously analyze competitors' strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Strong proficiency in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising best practices, targeting options, and optimization techniques.
Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs, such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Familiarity with either TikTok, Pinterest, or Klaviyo is preferred. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage -multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
