We are searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us enhance our online presence and drive business goals. You'll be responsible for crafting and implementing a digital marketing strategy that increases our brand awareness, drives traffic, and boosts conversions.

Core Responsibilities:

Create SEO strategies aimed at elevating our search engine rankings and aligning with our business goals.
Develop and oversee effective link-building plans
Take charge of implementing both on-site and off-site SEO efforts, aiming to hit key performance indicators like search visibility, website visits, lead generation, user engagement, and conversions.
Conduct keyword analysis to pinpoint valuable search terms that can boost traffic and eventually lead to conversions, as well as inform our marketing materials.
Fine-tune on-page components like title tags, meta descriptions, URLs, headers, image tags, internal links, and Schema markup.
Investigate and develop plans to capitalize on emerging SEO trends across different platforms, including mobile and voice search, and share insights with the marketing team.
Plan and roll out effective link-building campaigns.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO tools, practices, and innovative ideas for future testing and beta projects. Maintain awareness and involvement in outreach and guest posting efforts.

Required Skill Sets:

Strong interpersonal capabilities, with a knack for fostering cross-functional teamwork and cultivating positive work environments
Acute attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking criteria
Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Search Console and BrightEdge
Advanced Excel capabilities
Solid grasp of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and their influence on SEO
Experience with CMS-driven websites
Proficiency in Keyword Research, Content Blogging, Fluent in English, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and SEO keyword know-how.
