Senior Web Developer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer located in Karächi. The Web Developer will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, collaborating with front-end and back-end developers, debugging and resolving technical issues, and ensuring optimal performance for our clients' websites. In this client-facing role, you should be well-versed in the principles of Shopify & WooCommerce store development. You must have the desire to rise to the challenges, be innovative and truly care about quality.

Responsibilities:

Designing and developing website's architecture as well as building new features and functionalities
Develop and implement new themes and plugins
Building the website front-end and conducting website performance tests
Analyzing website performance and troubleshooting errors
Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration
Ensuring high performance and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS
Maintain well-documented and reusable code.
PHP, larval, code igniter basic level.

Requirements:

Minimum graduation.
Proficiency using WordPress & Shopify.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
Experience using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector
Strong understanding of front-end and back-end website development.
Developing custom Shopify themes.
Expertise in Shopify 2.0.
Expert in debugging and testing.
You should be able to do Shopify custom-build, template modification, Installation, 3rd party integration app, etc.
Extending shopify’s functionalities to next level using storefront API’S, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
Transforming complex layout PSDs into pixel-perfect presentation-layer HTML5/CSS3
Expert in Store cloning
Knowledge to migrate stores from different platforms to shopify and bulk product uploading using csv files
Integrate all the applications needed to get the store up and running with minimum supervision.

P.S: Must have their own laptop for a test of 1-5 hours of WooCommerce, WordPress & Shopify store. Must know Reading, Speaking and writing English to understand client's requirements and changes.

A. No, as per our NDA agreement & contract you can’t do that as the company only holds the copyright.
