Cost Accountant is responsible to do the following activities:

1. Responsible for calculating and updating the cost of products or services.

2. Responsible for analyzing and monitoring the costs associated with production, raw material, labour and overhead.

3. Responsible to identify cost variances and investigate the root causes.

4. Responsible for monitoring actual performance against the allocated budget and figure out the causes of variances.

5. Responsible for maintaining accurate cost accounting records and database.

6. Responsible for investigating and report on variances between standard and actual costs.

7. Responsible for collaborating with relevant departments to address and resolve variances.

8. Responsible to allocation of OH absorption rates in ERP Oracle Management System.

9. Responsible to implementation of ABC Costing in ERP Oracle Management System.

10. Responsible to perform any task time to time assign by the CFO/Business Development Manager.
