This full-time role involves preparing precise, timely, and compliant medico-legal files that support legal and insurance processes throughout Australia. The ideal candidate will possess strong written communication skills to effectively convey complex medical and legal information in a clear and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze background documents for medico-legal reports to ensure completeness and adherence to quality standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails, voicemails, and other written communications related to case files.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify case-related information and ensure thorough understanding of documentation requirements.
- Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing medico-legal documentation.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on prepared files to verify accuracy and completeness.
- Actively seek and implement feedback to continuously improve file preparation processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the medicolegal sector, specifically in analyzing and managing medico-legal documentation.
- Exceptional literacy, grammar, and spelling skills, with strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and high standards.
