• To develop and improve HR policies and procedures with the changing requirements of the organization for organizational development.
  • Creating Job Descriptions and posting on Job Portals, reviewing, screening, shortlisting candidates & scheduling Interviews for the potential candidates.
  • Recruitment, Screening, Calling Potential Candidates, Scheduling Interviews.
  • Conducting Orientation and Induction for New Hires & introducing them with all the Departments.
  • Able to bring new creative ideas in terms of organizing Interactive Recreational activities/Events for Employees. 
  • Preparing & issuing Appointment & Contract Letters to the New Hires.
  • Conducting Annual Performance Appraisal for employees. 
  • Handles the organizing, coordinating and monitoring the timeliness and completion of employee performance appraisals.
  • Able to handle and manage employees Salary and compensation.
  • Conduct Performance Development Plan and organizational development plan.
  • Providing HR Support in other additional HR related tasks assigned locally & by UK.
  • Providing HR Support to UK, entering and keeping a record of employees on HRM System.
  • Managing Leaves and Attendance Record of employees.
  • Keeping a record of Employees Biometric Report.
  • Organizing, updating and keeping a track of Employees personal record and personnel files.
  • Responding to queries of the employees & working on solution/improvement.
  • Able to handle conflict resolutions between the employees.
  • Manage the Group Health Insurance of the employees.
  • Managing Petty Cash and generating Invoices for PK Expenses on monthly basis.
  • Managing the monthly expenses detail by keeping a track of receipts, Invoices and local expenditures.
  • Preparing and maintaining Audit Data report for Auditors.
  • Any special assignment assigned by the Management.
