Meditec Instruments co was incorporated in Karachi Pakistan on October 12, 1989. We are dealing in Lab Equipments i.e. Immunoassay Analyzers Wondfo China around the country. Serving leading & premier clients across Pakistan 10 years. We have offices at all the major cities of Pakistan like Karachi, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar and Quetta.

We require following candidates for our all over Pakistan included Azad Jammu Kashmir to manage the daily Sales, Service maintenance and repair as per Customers' need.

Requirements:

A Bachelor of Science / M.Sc preferably in the field of electronics engineering, physics, Bio Medical or Chemistry
Must possess a strong technical background and the ability to discuss complex technical requirements with customers
Ability to multitask and change priorities to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations
Excellent written and communication skills
A strong drive to succeed is essential to this position
Proficient knowledge of PC applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
Minimum 01 Year Experience required

Description:

Responsible for all inbound sales and tier-one technical support enquiries
Support business development managers by managing sales based interactions with customers and following up on new identified opportunities
Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
Diagnose breakdown problems, fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
Carry out quality inspections on jobs
Liaise with Govt & Private departments, customers
Monitor and control maintenance costs
Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Write maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
Ensure there is continuous backup cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.
Provide important market and customer feedback for product improvements and new product development
Create quotations and technical proposals for customers
Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
Daily instrument maintenance and quality control
Sample testing
Collection and interpretation of data
Maintenance of accurate records and reporting of data
Knowledge of critical values of related Laboratory Tests
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
