- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues

- Hands on Experience of Server Hardware. Storage, Tape Library.
- Hands on Experience of multiple OS like Windows, Linux Servers.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Deployment and understanding of system infrastructure.
- Monitoring & maintenance of deployed systems and accessories.
- Scheduled backup of all system devices.
