Production Manager

Production Manager is sought for a modern animal feed production factory in outskirts of Lahore. Successful candidate is required to assist with daily production, machine set up, business goals and managing onsite staff.

Ideal candidate MUST be a qualified MSC in animal nutrition with at least 3-5 years of working experience in a feed mill.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day running of the production facility, organisation of personnel and the manufacture of required tonnages
Leading a team of 35/40 on site staff.
Develop a site structure which enables the production and delivery of feed of consistently satisfactory quality and the requirements of health and safety and environmental legislation/policy to be met at minimum cost
Communicate with stakeholders and ensure customer expectations are met
Maximize finished product quality standards and consistency
Maintain hygiene standards and the implementations of all procedures
Ensure an adequate maintenance programme is devised and implemented

Skills & Experience

At least 3-5 years working experience as production manager at a reputable feed mill
Qualified MSC- Animal Nutrition
Good training and presentation skills
Effective team leadership
Ambition to excel and for career progression will be an asset.
Report generation and data interpretation
Budget management
