The Executive Customer Care Officer will serve as a key point of contact, delivering comprehensive information, handling feedback with professionalism, and contributing to the development of customer care strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, providing personalized and attentive service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and resolve complex client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with efficiency and diplomacy, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information about the organization's services, products, and policies, ensuring clients are well-informed.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience.
  • Document all client interactions, transactions, and resolutions meticulously in the CRM system.
  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for service improvement, preparing reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery, resolve client issues, and facilitate effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's services, products, and industry best practices in customer care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all client interactions.
