Restaurant / Branch Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Mei Kong branch. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of driving performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
Monitor branch performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and replenishment, to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales projections, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
