Provide valuable support in carrying out the day-to-day HR activities of an organization. Maintains the accuracy of employee files, organizes and screens CVs, assist with recruitment and records maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide assistance and support in the implementation of company policies.

Main Responsibilites:

  • Assisting end-to-end recruitment process from headcount availability, job advertisement, shortlisting candidates, salary negotiations, documents & background check, offer placement, issuance of appointment letter and onboarding.
  • Assisting in coordination with concerned authorities for hiring requirements and assessment as per headcount.
  • Assisting and updating real time recruitment tracker sheet for approved and vacant headcount.
  • Assisting in creating employee personal files and updating records accordingly.
  • Assisting in generating reports for various analysis as per requirement from the management.
  • Assisting in maintaining Biometric Attendance & Roster management in the system for respective Stations & HO.
  • Assisting the employee data in HRIS including family data maintenance for Health Insurance.
  • Assist in handling employee grievances and other compliance related matters.
  • Assist in documentation and filing for relevant HR transactions.
  • Any other duty entrusted by supervisor.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fild
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
