Strict implementation of security instruction issued from time to time by the Station Head / GM office.
Deployment of security guards of selective places from the security point of view.
Ensure smooth and effective functioning security guards.
Prepare duty roaster and earned leave plan.
Ensure that security guards are adequately trained and proficient in their jobs.
Carry out daily inspection of uniform of all security guards and ensure that their turn out is smart.
Investigation of all major/minor cases occurrence.
Ensure that instructions issued by Station Head / GM office concerning fir services are complied with and any irregularity noticed is immediately brought to the notice of higher concerned authority for rectification.
Take appropriate measures for the safety and security of all Menzies-RAS locations.
Maintain good working relationship and cooperation with Airlines, Government Authorities and Departmental heads of Menzies-RAS for smooth function.
Ensure that all significant occurrences are recorded and appropriate action has been taken with a proper follow up.
Ensure that staffs working in different areas do not indulge in activity which is prejudicial to good order and Menzies-RAS discipline.
Any other duty assigned by the Head.
