Assist the Manager Sales in all matter relating to marketing & sales.
Build and grow the business according to the company policy in the supervision of Manager Sales.
Assist in preparation of presentation taking points and keep record of all minutes of meeting.
Coordinate with Manager Sales to identify potential business.
Liaise closely with Manager Sales Clients to improve our services.
Handling customer’s complaints. Maintaining customer’s record
Assist the Manager Sales in negotiating and preparation of moue and contacts.
Handling all correspondence and organizing contact between the Ticketing & Sales Staff and their customers.
Keeping records of visits and monitoring sales.
Keeping records of sales targets/ reports and compiling them for management.
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers via meeting, telephone calls and emails.
Ensure security and safety of the Head office premises.
Forward demand if any to Head Office & clearance of bills.
Any other official task assigned by the Management.
