We are currently seeking a self-motivated, dynamic Office Assistant to perform a wide range of support functions for the Office in Rawalpindi, and Islamabad and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities & Duties: Answering phones and directing calls. Answering questions and performing data entry in excel and word processing work as assigned. Greeting and directing visitors. Market Surveys. Handling and updating our Social media. Assist with planning and organizing events including meetings, ceremonies, and workshops. Develop and implement office procedures and administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying. Any other work/task assigned by supervisor and Manager. Qualification & Requirements: Graduate Individual. Ability to work with others as well as independently. Excellent reading, writing, proofreading and computer skills (including internet browsing). Proficiency in MS office. Experience in correspondence and report writing. Organization and time management skills
