Production Engineer / Deputy Manager Production Planning

The job although is of managerial position but it isn’t a desk based job, it requires presence and monitoring of the staff through your team and ensure timely deliveries and production planning according the projects delivery times and importance.

Job Duties:

· Must know how to deal with labour staff of 300 people

· Manage floor and personnel according to the importance of projects

· Ability to execute and plan

· Must be decisive and take charge type of person

· Review production data and prepare monthly and annual reports

· Present production reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings

· Have the ability to converse in English and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

· Should have knowledge of welding, fabrication, and CNC machines
