Routine administrative work, daily ward rounds, grant leave to all categories of staff, arrangement of substitute as per need.
Supervision of O.P.D. checking of records, admissions, discharge 0.T. list, waiting list, etc.
Supervise working and attendance of Office Staff, R.M.O.’s and M.O.’s. Lab. Staff, Kitchen, Ambulance, Nursing Staff etc.
Monitors stock of equipment, machinery, medicine, surgical items, dietary articles, milk, and prepared foods.
Attend to patient and staff grievance and inspect field record of outdoor staff.
Counseling of nursing staff, office staff, para-medical staff, and labor staff.
Sign bill, remittance, diet, pay sheet, certificates, etc.
To oversee the expansion plan, development scheme.
Purchase of non-schedule items as per delegation of powers.
To supervise round outside regular duties, night rounds during an emergency.
Attend to notes, letters, and routine correspondence with the same.
Conduct inquiry and report further.
To follow up on the details of various circulars.
Member of various committees.
To appoint members in respect of various committees and to conduct the meeting.
Any other duty assigned by the CEO.
