We're looking for a talented book Keeper with good experience or Knowledge in Quick Books and MS Excel. Must have advanced knowledge of QuickBooks – accounts payable/accounts receivable, tax forms, credit card charges, experience in all phases of data entry, bank fees, payroll data entry etc.
Responsibilities
Send Invoices on Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly basis.
Track expenses, timesheet and bills.
Balance and maintain accurate ledgers
Match purchase orders with invoices
Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management
Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Develop monthly financial statements, including cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Prepare quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with payroll, operating and business taxes
Track timesheet to invoice client.
