- Conducting outbound calls to customers through leads generated by the IT department for tourism and truck dispatch services.
- Retaining existing clinetele through effective communication and selling skills via telephone.
- Maintainng accurate data of customers on the system including but not limited to calls history, travel information and sale records.
- Acting as the focal point of contact for all traveling business packages including but not limited to fares, accommodation, food, places to visit, etc.
- Learning and developing all business activities related to tourism planning.
- Being a Tech savy and having general knowledge of Google accounts, books, SEO, lead generation and other social media activities.
- Catering potential and existing customers of both tourism and truck dispat businesses.
