To study the psychological pattern of the clients as to enhance the quality of services being provided

To implement the vision of the company and to add constructive inputs for the betterment of the company

Essential Job Functions:

Ability to deal in the area of marketing and behavioral study

High level of Organizational skills

Must be having good know how of using various software

Proficiency in dealing and assessing the clients

Ability to track the clients behavior

Able to assist BusinessDevelopment team to manage people more effectively

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Must be proficient in psychological assessment

Assists in matters related to psychology, specifically to the provision of comprehensive services to the clients.

Assists in the development of new programs where need arises and in the ongoing evaluation of programs for the development and enhancement of the clients as well as the Organization itself.

Performs other related duties as assigned (such as Client evaluations, job hiring process etc.)
