Profile responsibilities:

Give students advice on opportunities for international study, including advice on the country, course, universities, program choice, and career planning.
Give students advice on how to apply, how to get a visa, how to apply for housing, and how to get ready for their studies abroad.
Make sure all travel, lodging, and visa processes are completed by the deadline.
Give precise details about study abroad options, courses, academic institutions, and nations like the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and the United States.
Give specifics about the courses offered for international education, including the diploma, bachelor's, and master's degrees (all streams).
Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals
Keep yourself informed about the different study abroad options that colleges and universities provide, and utilize this information to assist students.
Keep accurate records of the students you have counseled and the applications you have sent overseas.
Gather information about the client, determine whether the applicant is a good fit for the program and school of choice, and provide guidance based on that determination.
Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company
Encourage and motivate clients to enroll in the course by analyzing the mindsets of students who are interested in studying abroad.

Desired Candidates should have

Fresh Candidates or 6 months to 1 year of relevant Study Abroad industry experience will be a plus point.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Must have 16 years of education.
Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during the phone conversations.
Should be Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students and other from diverse social backgrounds.
Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.
Should have the ability to understand the international business market
Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales and Target-oriented
Must be dynamic, ambitious and honest
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
