Millionaire Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd (a Real Estate Marketing Firm) is looking for a Business Development service representative. A customer service representative, (CSR) will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of telemarketing or call center/sales experience.
- Ability to multitask; listening skills and data entry
- Must be able to close sales
- Demonstrate that you are self-motivated and highly driven
- Competitive nature and coachable personality
- Excellent communication skills & phone etiquette.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over phone.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about new products or services using scripts.
- Answer queries from customer about product or company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Generate new prospects and leads.
- Enter and update customer’s information into database.
- Take and process order in accurate manner.
- Go to “Extra Mile” to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales as well.
- Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information.
