The Customer Representative officer / CRO is responsible for conducting market research to identify sales possibilities according to the products.
- We are actively seeking dynamic and motivated Telecallers to join our team at Pro Works. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in our business expansion by contacting potential customers, presenting information about our Postpaid Plans, Wifi, and Fiber connection services, and persuading them to choose our offerings.
- Fluency in the English Language.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Experience working with customer support.
