Mindswork Developments is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our international client base.
- You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and negotiating contracts and proposals.
- To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the IT sector, preferably with a global perspective.
- You should also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing to travel frequently to meet clients and attend events.
Responsibilities:
- Present and demonstrate the companys products and services and how they can benefit the clients needs and goals.
- Prepare and submit proposals, contracts, and bids, and negotiate terms and conditions.
- Follow up with clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain and update a database of contacts, leads, and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to provide feedback and insights.
- Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Monitor and report on the performance and progress of the business development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor`s degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
