MiniCabRide Limited is UK base well-reputed taxi service company looking for English-speaking customer service representative(s).
Our Office is based in Commercial Market Rawalpindi and we have 20+ employees working in our office right now,
We are expanding and recruiting new staff member(s) to cater to our needs for the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Inbound Customer Calls
- Chatting with customers and providing quotations and booking.
- Reply by email to all inquires
- Booking by Call, Chat, Email, and taking payments.
- Dispatching the Jobs to the Drivers.
- Connecting customers with drivers by conference calls.
Following are the requirements for the post
- Graduation
- 1-year experience in a call center.
- Fluent in English. (Advance Level)
- Minimum Contract Length 2 years
- Reading, and writing skills in English
- Good typing speed i.e 30 to 40 words per minute
- Professional Behavior.
Duty Timing: Day and Night shifts 10 Hours duty.
