Preparation of financial statements and financial reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards, policies, local corporate laws and directives of regulatory authorities;

Preparation and evaluation of management accounts
Preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues, expenses and provide recommendations.
Treasury, Cash and Payroll management
Develop, implement and modify recordkeeping and accounting systems, leveraging latest software
Commercial contracts and business arrangements
Preparation of settlement sheets of company suppliers
Maintaining updated General Ledgers
Establish tables of accounts and assign entries accurately to respective ledgers.
Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Bank Reconciliation
Provide recommendations on the financial and tax implications of business decisions
Develop and maintain efficient systems of internal audit, financial control and management information systems
Coordination and correspondence with financial institutions
Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
Company annual tax filing
Identify and mitigate tax risks
Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
