- To make sure that the vehicle is properly used, lubricated and is ready before any duty
- To make sure that he is polite and of professional behavior with passenger
- To make sure that he is not demanding any tip and/ or gift from anybody
- To make sure the he is maintaining secrecy of his duties
- To make sure that he is of sound mind
- To make sure that the vehicle log-book is properly maintained and every fueling is properly reported to Admin and recorded in log-book
- To make sure before every duty starts, he has managed proper sleep
- To make sure that he is not using a company vehicle for his personal activities
- To make sure that he has reported any repair work of vehicle to the Administration department well in time
- To make sure that vehicle is properly locked at the time of parking
- To make sure that for every fueling SoPs of Administration are properly followed
- To make sure that he is not using Cell Phone during the drive
- To make sure he is not wearing T-shirt or any other non-corporate dress while on duty
