We are looking for an on-site IT Support Engineer who will look after our company's internal network, Microsoft Office 365, Backup plans etc.

The role includes the following features:

Answering tickets and resolving IT Support queries
Microsoft hyper-v server management
Looking at Microsoft 365 OneDrive, Sharepoint and Exchange
Active Directory management
Monitoring of azure backup, restore and Backup alerts
Looking at Email security logs and end point protection
Onboarding and offboarding staff management
Provisioning and migrating users and email from one platform to another
Performing checks and creating reports etc.

We require the candidate to be proactive in informing the team of issues to be dealth with so communication and updates are crucial.

Other more advanced and desired skills are:

Azure management and provisioning
Firewall administrator experience preferably pfsense
The role is based in Bahria Enclave office in Islamabad.
Hours are Monday to Friday 12PM to 8PM
Some work will be required outside these hours or days which will be scheduled.
Spoken English is also desired as at times answering or making telephone calls will be nessecary.
